Work with Zoe

About Zoe:

Zoe is a intuitive and heart-led practitioner who’s primary focus is to guide people back to the original state of balance they were born with, using food, routine, herbal remedies, and rhythms of the natural world as medicine. Zoe found Āyurveda after struggling with her own health issues. She found that the principles of this science allowed her to heal her body naturally. The main thing that draws her to this work is Āyurveda’s recognition that we are not separate from nature, but an extension of it — that the same intelligence governing the seasons and the Earth governs our own bodies as well. Her passions include supporting women’s health, digestive health, hormonal balance, building ojas/ vitality, and helping others feel vibrant and healthy in their bodies again.

Zoe is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist intern currently working out of the clinic at the California College of Ayurveda in Nevada City, California and is currently taking patients both in-person and online!

What’s included in 1:1 Āyurvedic treatment?

Your care begins with a two-hour initial intake, where your practitioner takes the time to learn as much about you as possible. Through a review of your physical structure, tongue, palms, and pulse, your practitioner assesses your unique constitution (prakṛti), your original balance of the doshas in your body. They'll also look at your vikṛti, your current state of imbalance, to understand how you're feeling now and what may be pulling you out of balance.

One week after your intake, you'll return for a report of findings visit, where you'll receive your first personalized recommendations. These typically include guidance on food and diet, lifestyle practices to support your daily rhythm, and herbal formulas chosen for your constitution and your goals.

The initial intake and report of findings visit are offered together for $95, and each follow-up visit after that is $75. Follow-up visits are a chance to check in on how your body is responding, refine your recommendations, and keep moving toward your goals. How many follow-ups you'll need varies depending on your goals and your individual treatment plan.
